Great to meet you!

I hold a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and have over five years of experience working in a variety of mental health settings with individuals of all ages. Over time, I’ve found my true passion in working with adult individuals and couples, especially around relationships, communication, and navigating life’s stressors. I strive to be genuine, supportive, and collaborative, and I value creating a space where clients feel safe, understood, and empowered to grow.

My approach to therapy

I work primarily with individuals, couples, and parents, especially around relationships, communication, and the ups and downs of family life. I don’t believe therapy should ever be one-size-fits-all; everyone’s story and needs are different. I use a variety of approaches so we can shape our work around what actually works for you and your goals. My hope is to create a space that feels comfortable, supportive, and real, where you can show up as yourself and feel heard while working toward meaningful change in your life and relationships.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, you can expect a welcoming, supportive space where you don’t have to have everything figured out. We’ll spend time getting to know you, what brings you to therapy, what’s been challenging, and what you’re hoping to get out of our work together. I focus on creating a calm, nonjudgmental environment where you feel comfortable being open at your own pace. Together, we’ll begin identifying goals that feel realistic and meaningful for you, whether that’s improving emotional well-being, strengthening relationships, or developing healthier coping strategies. You’ll leave the first session with a clearer sense of direction and reassurance that you’re not navigating this alone.
