Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Miranda, a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.

I provide supportive, evidence-based care for anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and life transitions. My approach combines medication management with a therapy-informed style so you feel heard—not rushed.

I have a special interest in women’s mental health, including pregnancy and postpartum support.

My goal is simple: help you feel better in a way that fits your life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is simple: I want you to feel heard, supported, and involved in your care. We’ll work together to create a plan that makes sense for your life, using a mix of medication (when appropriate) and practical, therapy-based support.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, we’ll take the time to get to know you. We’ll talk through what’s been going on, your symptoms, your history, and what you’re hoping to get out of care.

You can expect a relaxed, supportive conversation—not an interrogation. I’ll ask questions to better understand your experiences, and you’ll always have space to share what feels important to you.

By the end of the visit, we’ll have a clear plan moving forward. This may include recommendations for medication, therapy strategies, or both—always tailored to your goals and comfort level.
