Great to meet you!

Life can feel overwhelming when anxiety, depression, trauma, or major life changes leave you feeling exhausted, disconnected, or uncertain about how to move forward. You may be struggling with relationship challenges, parenting stress, substance use concerns, or the emotional demands of pregnancy, postpartum experiences, or motherhood. I work with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, maternal mental health concerns, substance use challenges, relationship issues, stress management difficulties, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm. Many of my clients come to therapy seeking a supportive space where they can process difficult experiences, strengthen relationships, and develop healthier ways of coping. Together, we'll create a safe and collaborative environment where you can build on your strengths, develop practical tools, and create meaningful changes that support healing, resilience, and long-term emotional wellness.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and individualized to your unique experiences and goals. I believe therapy should provide both emotional support and practical strategies that create meaningful and lasting change. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Narrative Therapy, Attachment-Based Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Polyvagal-informed interventions, and trauma-informed approaches to support healing and growth. In our work together, we may explore anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, maternal mental health concerns, substance use recovery, relationship challenges, emotional regulation, parenting stress, life transitions, and family dynamics. Therapy is designed to help you better understand patterns that may be keeping you stuck, strengthen coping skills, improve communication, process difficult experiences, and develop healthier ways of navigating life's challenges. My goal is to help you create sustainable growth while feeling supported, empowered, and understood.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard, respected, and valued throughout the therapeutic process. Building a strong therapeutic relationship is important to me, and I strive to create a space where you feel safe openly discussing challenges while working toward meaningful goals. Together, we'll identify what matters most to you and develop practical strategies that support healing and growth. Through therapy, you may experience reduced anxiety and stress, improved emotional regulation, healthier relationships, stronger coping skills, increased resilience, and greater confidence in navigating life's challenges. My goal is to help you feel empowered to create lasting positive change while building a life that feels balanced, connected, and fulfilling.
