Great to meet you!

If you've spent years managing your anxiety, your reactions, or your stress and nothing has really shifted, there's probably something underneath that hasn't been touched yet. I work with adults navigating OCD, trauma, PTSD, and the places where physical health challenges start reshaping mental and emotional life. I pay attention to all of it, not just what's happening in your head. Clients often describe me as precise and warm, someone who gets to the real thing without making it feel overwhelming.

My approach to therapy

Our work is built around understanding what's actually driving your patterns, not just managing them. When something in you wants to change and another part keeps pulling back, we work to understand both sides rather than fight against them. That conflict usually has a reason, and understanding it is where real movement starts. We also build practical tools you can use between sessions, because insight alone isn't enough. This tends to fit best for people who have tried the coping strategies and are ready to go deeper.

What you can expect from me

We'll start with what brought you in and what you're hoping to feel differently. I'll ask about your background and current challenges so I can understand the fuller picture. You don't need to have everything figured out before we begin. We can start exactly where you are. By the end of our first session, you'll have a clear sense of how I work and whether this feels like the right fit. If something here resonates, I'd love to connect.
