Great to meet you!

If you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just not like yourself lately, you don't have to sort it out alone. I help people work through anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, grief, ADHD, autism, and the big life adjustments that knock us off balance, including postpartum anxiety and depression. My style is warm, honest, and down to earth. I take the time to be a real person with you, so you can feel free to be the real, raw version of yourself. Every session, my goal is that you leave feeling truly heard, a little more hopeful, and with a clearer sense of where to go next.

My approach to therapy

I draw on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Person-Centered Therapy, Attachment Theory, and ACT always tailoring my approach to fit you rather than the other way around. With experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings, I'm comfortable meeting people wherever they are and helping them build real, lasting change.

To me, this work is really about hope, a belief that we all carry an innate pull to do, be, and feel better. When we take care of ourselves, we're better able to take care of one another. I'd be honored to help you take that next step. Reach out and let's talk.

What you can expect from me

During the first session I like to learn about past therapy that you have had, your likes and dislikes about that therapy, as well as obtain pertinent background information about you, your family and medical history then I will review with you any necessary items my typical approach to therapy and figure out what modalities will best suit you, your issues and strengths.
