Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. While I’m relatively early in my journey as a counselor, I bring a deep commitment to truly listening and understanding each client.

I believe that people often carry insights within themselves, and part of my role is to help you uncover those through our conversations. I pay close attention not just to what is said, but also to the cues and patterns that might help you better understand yourself.

My approach to therapy

My focus is on meeting you exactly where you are. I believe in building a therapeutic relationship based on understanding, mutual respect, and open communication. This is your space, and my role is to support you in uncovering what’s meaningful and helpful to you.

I really encourage open dialogue, even about hesitations or challenges you may feel during the process. That’s all part of the work—and I’m here to help you feel seen, supported, and appreciated.

What you can expect from me

I use open-ended questions to explore your experience in a way that feels natural and empowering. I believe in educating my clients about their mental health—not just giving a diagnosis, but helping you understand your patterns, strengths, and capacity for growth.
