Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a specialization in Childhood and Adolescent Disorders, and I’ve been in practice since 2017. My approach is client-centered and trauma-informed, focused on building trust and creating a safe, collaborative space for healing. I use evidence-based modalities, including CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-Focused therapy, and Crisis Intervention, tailored to meet each client’s unique needs.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is grounded in a client-centered philosophy and a trauma-informed lens. I strive to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel empowered to explore their experiences, challenge unhelpful patterns, and build new ways of being.

I believe that trust is the foundation of the therapeutic relationship, and building that trust is my top priority. I work collaboratively, ensuring clients know I have their best interests at heart, and I aim to meet each person where they are with compassion and respect.

I hold a deep belief that everyone has the capacity to heal, regardless of the challenges they face. In each session, I aim to help clients access that inner resilience and move toward meaningful, lasting change.

Cultural humility, empathy, and curiosity are central to my practice, and I am committed to honoring the unique identities and experiences that each client brings to the therapeutic process.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions feeling heard, supported, and empowered. I aim to help them gain deeper insight into their experiences, develop practical tools to navigate challenges, and build confidence in their ability to create change. Whether we’re working through trauma, managing anxiety, or addressing a crisis, my clients walk away knowing they are not alone and that healing is possible. Each session is a step toward greater clarity, resilience, and emotional well-being.
