Great to meet you!

I have a background in education (both stateside and international) and returned to school to earn a master's degree in mental health counseling from Northwestern University. I have worked with diverse populations across age groups and pride myself on creating and maintaining positive therapeutic relationships with all clients. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship concerns, emotional regulation difficulties, and self-esteem challenges

My approach to therapy

I am a compassionate, client-centered clinician dedicated to helping individuals navigate life's challenges and achieve meaningful personal growth. I believe in fostering a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered.

I am passionate about helping clients build resilience, develop healthy coping strategies, and create lasting, positive change. Together, we will identify strengths, explore obstacles, and work toward goals that support a more balanced and fulfilling life.

What you can expect from me

My approach is collaborative and tailored to each client's unique needs, drawing on evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. We will begin by getting to know your history and what you hope to explore and work on. Sessions are your time, and I am there to facilitate the growth you are seeking.
