Great to meet you!

I work with adults, couples, and families navigating stress, disconnection, life transitions, and the impact of mental health or substance use. Many are holding things together outwardly while feeling overwhelmed or stuck and want clarity, stronger relationships, and meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

Clinical Philosophy & Approach

I provide collaborative, trauma-informed, and deeply integrative care tailored to your unique needs. Rather than a one-size-fits-all model, we blend several evidence-based modalities:

  • Internal Family Systems (IFS): To explore and harmonize the internal "parts" carrying stress, perfectionism, or burnout.
  • Attachment-Based Couples Therapy: To help partners decode communication conflicts and heal relational injuries.
  • Narrative & Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT): To deconstruct limiting stories and foster practical, measurable growth.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a collaborative, low-pressure consultation designed to build immediate comfort and clarity. In our secure virtual environment, we will explore what brings you to therapy, look at relevant background patterns, and define exactly what success looks like for you. Our goal is to ensure you leave this initial intake with a clearly defined, personalized clinical roadmap and a sense of relief, knowing you have a structured, actionable plan to achieve your personal or relationship goals.
