Great to meet you!

With over 15 years of experience, I provide a supportive and down-to-earth space where clients can feel heard and understood while working toward meaningful change. I work with adults from many different backgrounds and have extensive experience helping people navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, relationship challenges, and major life transitions.

Many of the clients I work with feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected; whether because of past experiences or current stressors. They’re often looking for relief, clarity, and a stronger sense of balance and control, along with practical tools they can use to feel more grounded and confident in their everyday lives.

My approach to therapy

I work with adults who want a deeper understanding of themselves and their behavioral patterns. Many of the struggles people experience in relationships, work, or daily life are rooted in patterns that developed early and were shaped by meaningful experiences.

My approach is grounded in attachment and trauma-informed frameworks. Together, we explore the direct and indirect messages learned in childhood and how they influence the way you respond to stress, conflict, and connection today. Many behaviors that feel confusing or frustrating now were once adaptive and protective.

In therapy, we identify these patterns, understand their origins, and work toward developing more flexible and intentional ways of responding. The goal is not just insight, but meaningful and lasting change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a structured but relaxed conversation. I’ll ask questions to understand what’s bringing you in, what feels most pressing right now, and what you’re hoping will feel different as a result of therapy. We’ll talk through relevant background at a pace that feels manageable, and I’ll explain how I work so you know what to expect. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, clear about next steps, and confident that we have a focused plan moving forward.
