Great to meet you!

Accepting new clients. I am a Japanese speaking female therapist helping adult clients who struggle with anxiety, depression, panic, PTSD, grief and loss, parenting and caregiving challenges, end of life issues, interpersonal and immigration related issues including intergenerational issues (e.g., being a child of a war refugee) as well as work and relationship concerns. 日本語対応いたします。

My approach to therapy

I am committed to providing you with a safe and unpretentious space to reflect on your life from various perspectives, heal emotional wounds, and move forward to live with a deep sense of gratitude. I am trained in CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), DBR (Deep Brain Reorienting), as well as existential and transpersonal psychology, which includes a spiritual component.

What you can expect from me

I am grateful that my clients dedicate their time and energy to improve their lives. I strive to make each therapy session meaningful and enjoyable and to create a space where clients can review and explore their life experiences in depth. At the end of each session, we reflect to identify key takeaways, providing valuable insights and food for thought to carry into the next session.
