Great to meet you!

With over 27 years of clinical experience, I invite you to a compassionate, non-judgmental, and safe place place for healing and growth. Here you will be able to process current emotions, make sense of your past, and understand how your struggles adversely affected you. Together we'll address mood disorders and uncover negative perceptions that have impacted you and your relationships.

My approach to therapy

While there are several therapeutic modalities, I can't suggest the best option(s) until we've met and began working together. During our sessions, we'll work through these approaches and tailor those that fit your unique needs, considering both present and past challenges.

What you can expect from me

Establishing a good rapport and a foundation of trust is paramount in working together. Your therapy sessions will not be about quick fixes. Instead, it will about creating space to make sense of your experiences, deepen your self-understanding, and allow you to move forward with intention rather than pressure. Sessions may be challenging at times and involve hard work with ups and downs, tears and some laughter, but healing with emotional growth and healthy and effective coping skills will be gained. The aim is to equip you with a more informed and manageable life journey.
