Welcome, I am so glad you are here. Let me introduce myself, my name is Mo Paylen. I hold 10+ years of experience as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker. My experiences have been working with youth primarily 14+ and adults. I specifically enjoy working with individuals parents experiencing various obstacles such as parent/child conflict, parenting a child with special needs, and caregiver burnout. I am a completely virtual therapist.

I am available most Monday and Tuesday evenings and some weekends.

My approach to therapy

I utilize an eclectic approach to therapy that is person-centered and holistic to suit your individual needs. Some of the modalities utilized include: trauma-informed care, Internal Family Systems, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and strengths-based. My approach is guiding you towards the discovery of love and acceptance of yourself and being the best version of yourself. Together, we will adapt to new life circumstances and reestablish boundaries that make sense for you. Together we can create an individualized treatment plan so you can live more fully and intentionally.
