Great to meet you!

I believe that every individual has the ability and inner strength to create meaningful change in their life. If you are facing challenges and looking for a space to explore your thoughts, gain insight, and work through unresolved issues, I am here to support and guide you through that process.

I work primarily with adolescents (ages 12 and up), adults, and families who are experiencing a wide range of concerns, including trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, stress, and family conflict. Many of the clients I work with have experienced adversity and are seeking support to better understand themselves, strengthen coping skills, and improve their overall quality of life.

Whether you are navigating a difficult season, feeling stuck, or ready to move in a new direction, therapy can be a powerful space for growth and healing. If you are looking for guidance, support, or a collaborative partner in your journey, I would welcome the opportunity to work with you.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is client-centered, strength-based, and collaborative. I draw from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, grief work, and talk therapy to help clients build insight, develop practical tools, and create positive change. I believe therapy should be a supportive, nonjudgmental, and respectful environment where clients feel valued, encouraged, and understood.

Areas of Focus

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for depression, anxiety, stress, and grief
  • Trauma-informed and strength-based therapy
  • Individual therapy with adolescents (12+), adults, and families
  • Adolescent behavioral concerns, including ADHD/ADD and Oppositional Defiant Disorder

What you can expect from me

Your first therapy session is a chance for us to get to know each other and determine how therapy can best support you. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, any current concerns, and what you hope to gain from the process. I’ll ask questions to better understand your experiences, background, and strengths, and you’re always welcome to share at your own pace.

The first session is also an opportunity for you to ask questions and get a feel for my approach. My goal is to create a supportive, comfortable, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard and respected. Therapy is collaborative, and we’ll work together to identify goals and next steps that feel realistic and meaningful for you.
