Great to meet you!

I am currently accepting new clients and provide therapy for children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner, I have experience helping clients navigate anxiety, trauma, depression, mood disorders, panic attacks, relationship challenges, family conflict, substance use, grief, anger management, and major life transitions.

My approach is culturally responsive and grounded in the belief that every individual deserves to feel understood, supported, and empowered. I work collaboratively with clients to identify their strengths, build resilience, and create meaningful change while navigating life's challenges.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, practical, and goal-oriented. I believe that healing happens through a strong therapeutic partnership, where we work together to understand what has helped you in the past, what barriers may be getting in the way, and what strategies can support your growth moving forward.

I draw from several evidence-based approaches, including Family Systems Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based practices. I tailor treatment to each client's unique needs, helping them develop greater self-awareness, healthier coping skills, and lasting emotional well-being.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a strong therapeutic relationship. We'll discuss what brings you to therapy, your current concerns, your personal history, and the goals you hope to achieve through treatment.

My goal is to create a welcoming, supportive environment where you feel comfortable sharing your experiences at your own pace. Together, we'll identify priorities and begin developing a plan that feels meaningful and aligned with your needs.
