I'm Mohammad Salous, a psychiatric nurse practitioner offering telehealth medication management across New Mexico. I know how hard it can be to find a provider when appointments are booked out for months, and I want to make that easier. I work with adolescents, adults, and seniors managing anxiety, Depression, ADHD..etc and I'd love to help you take the next step.
My approach to care is relational and collaborative. In our first visit we'll talk through what's been going on, your history, and what you're hoping treatment can help you achieve. From there I build a plan around you, not a one size fits all protocol, and I stay closely involved as we adjust your medication to find what truly helps. I believe people deserve a provider who has time for them, so I check in regularly, explain my reasoning clearly, and make sure you always know what comes next.
Our first visit is a full psychiatric evaluation done over telehealth, so you don't have to take time away from work or family to get care. We'll review your symptoms, history, and goals together and leave with a clear plan. Follow up visits are shorter check ins to track your progress and adjust medication as needed. I'm available weekdays, evenings, and some weekends, so care fits around your schedule.
