Great to meet you!

I am Moe Taha, a dually board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Clinical Nurse Specialist. My clinical foundation was built at the American University of Beirut and Georgia State University, and I currently serve as a specialist in head and neck oncology at Emory’s Winship Institute. I founded Aura & Anchor to provide a space where complex medical understanding meets compassionate mental health support, specializing in helping adults navigate life's most challenging transitions with evidence-based care.

My approach to therapy

At Aura & Anchor, I treat the whole person, not just a list of symptoms. My approach is holistic and collaborative, drawing on my dual certification to bridge the gap between medical complexity and emotional well-being. I specialize in a 'mind-body' philosophy, helping you build resilience and find stability through evidence-based psychiatric care that respects your unique physical health journey.

What you can expect from me

Our first meeting is about creating a safe, judgment-free space for your story. We will complete a thorough psychiatric assessment, but the focus will be on your personal goals and what wellness means to you. You can expect a professional yet warm environment where we’ll develop a clear roadmap for your treatment, ensuring you feel heard and supported from day one.
