Great to meet you!

What makes me unique as a therapist is the depth of my experience I bring from my years as a hospice social worker combined with five years of clinical therapy providing individual and family therapy. My experience in hospice taught me how to hold space for profound emotional pain while staying present. Now, as a therapist, I integrate that same compassionate, steady presence into my work- helping clients navigate life's complexities, whether they're processing feeling's, adjusting to change, or seeking deeper connection. My background allows me to bring both clinical skills and a deep understanding of loss and the healing process.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, compassionate, and deep respect for each person's unique story. I believe that healing begins in a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel truly seen and heard.

What you can expect from me

You can expect to leave sessions with me feeling heard, supported, and more connected to yourself. In our work together, you can expect to gain not only greater insight into your emotions and experiences, but also practical tools to navigate life with more clarity and confidence.
