Hi, I’m Molly, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who believes deeply in the power of connection, presence, and honoring the wisdom you already carry. I have a great deal of experience working with women and teens (11+) navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, family and relationship challenges, exploring attachment and relationship patterns, grief and loss, and the lasting emotional impacts of difficult or overwhelming experiences.
I also have experience supporting individuals who have been in domestic violence situations, helping them rebuild safety, self-trust, and personal agency. I also welcome and support men and people of diverse cultural backgrounds, and I am committed to creating a therapy space that is inclusive, affirming, and grounded in respect.
My approach is rooted in the belief that you already carry the wisdom and strength needed for growth. I provide a grounded, nonjudgmental space where you can pause, reflect, and reconnect with your inner resources.
Using trauma-informed interventions and a whole-person approach, including EMDR, CBT, and somatic awareness, I support you in accessing your own inner sage—the calm, wise part of you that may have been overshadowed by stress, pain, or survival patterns.
Therapy is collaborative—I walk alongside you, offering tools, structure, and support while honoring the unique path only you can choose. Our work may involve building nervous system regulation, healing emotional wounds, and strengthening the connection between mind and body, so you can move through life with greater clarity, resilience, and balance.
You can expect a nonjudgmental, open, and steady presence. I’ll hold space for whatever you bring in, and we’ll move at a pace that feels safe and grounded.
Clients often share that they feel: • Seen and understood
• More connected to themselves and those they care about
• Equipped with practical coping tools
• More at home in their body and nervous system
Therapy with me is collaborative — I walk with you, not ahead of you. Growth can feel uncomfortable at times — but you will not be doing it alone.
A bit about me personally:
I believe in practicing what I teach. Movement, nature, and mindful presence are part of my daily life. I love hiking, being active outdoors, and I’m always willing to try something new — right now I’m learning pickleball. I hold a deep belief in the mind-body connection, and I strive to embody the same grounded compassion and curiosity I bring into the therapy space.
