Great to meet you!

I received my Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Wisconsin and my Masters of Marriage and Family Therapy from Northcentral University. I am a licensed marriage and family therapist in Michigan and Indiana and a recognized member of the AAMFT. I aim to emphasize the significance of understanding the science and biology behind human behavior to improve my clients’ quality of life. I believe a science-based approach on facts integrated with a contextual lens can provide insight that propels clients towards short-term and long-term goals they have across a variety of needs.

I have significant experience with couples, parenting education, and individual anxiety and depression. I have worked in acute care settings with substance abuse and recovery, as well as significant trauma histories.

My approach to therapy

I get to know my clients with humor and history gathering as we lean into the science of behavior and thinking together to work toward a better quality of life and reduction of symptoms for the client(s).

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity to get to know each other, establish your goals, and determine the best course of treatment for you. For individuals, couples, and families struggling to find peace, who want to build understanding alongside a compassionate, supportive therapist who encourages self-reflection and self-empowerment in the therapy process.
