Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Molly! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Maine and over 20 years of experience working with individuals across the lifespan. For the past five years, I’ve specialized in supporting children and families in residential care settings.

I use evidence-based approaches including Trauma-Focused CBT, DBT, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. My style is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each person’s unique needs. I strive to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to work toward meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

I believe every person has a story worth understanding. My goal is to create a safe supportive space where you feel heard and valued. Together we will explore your strengths and build on them to navigate life's challenges.

If you're looking for someone to meet you where you are and walk alongside you toward healing and growth, Id love to work with you.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is all about getting to know you and creating a comfortable, supportive space. We'll take time to explore presenting concerns, understand the history behind them, and discuss your goals for therapy. My aim is to make this process feel warm and engaging, so you leave feeling heard and hopeful about the path ahead.
