Great to meet you!

I’m Moneak Parker, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered mental health care. I earned my Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing. I provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and individualized treatment planning for adolescents and adults. I support clients experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and other mental health challenges. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where every client feels heard, respected, and empowered in their mental health journey.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is compassionate, collaborative, and centered on each client’s unique needs, goals, and experiences. I take time to listen, understand the whole person, and create an individualized treatment plan that may include medication management, education, and supportive strategies. I believe clients should feel heard, respected, and actively involved in decisions about their care. I focus on building a trusting, nonjudgmental relationship while providing evidence-based, holistic mental health care. My goal is to empower clients with the tools and support they need to improve their well-being and achieve meaningful, lasting progress.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, my goal is to get to know you, understand your concerns, and learn what you hope to accomplish through treatment. We’ll discuss your mental health history, current symptoms, goals, and any factors that may be affecting your well-being. I’ll provide a safe, welcoming, and judgment-free environment where you can feel comfortable sharing at your own pace. Together, we’ll identify appropriate treatment options and helpful resources based on your individual needs. You’ll leave your first session with a better understanding of your care options and clear next steps toward supporting your mental health and wellness.
