Great to meet you!

Hi! My name is Monet Clark. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor of Mental Health (LPCMH) and also have an M.Ed. in counseling. Having worked in the mental health field for over 15 years, I have often wondered why some individuals struggle while others appear to function well. One of my favorite quotes is "It is not selfish, but self-full. My cup runneth over. What comes out of the cup is for ya'll. What's in the cup is mine. But I've got to keep my cup full. "-Iyanla Vanzant. Everyone deserves happiness.

My approach to therapy

My approach is non-judgmental and relaxed. I understand that entering into therapy can produce anxiety, so I attempt to make the process as relaxed and comfortable as possible. The majority of my clientele are females struggling with anxiety and depression. Therefore, a relaxed approach has proven to be beneficial for my clients.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you will have the opportunity to share more about yourself. The first session is a time for both of us to get a better understanding of one another.
