Great to meet you!
Hi! All of my services are available in English and Mandarin Chinese. I have experience working with a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, postpartum and pregnancy mood disorders, new parents transitions, relational and marital concerns, premarital counseling, grief and loss, self-development, and self-esteem issues.
I bring my personal multicultural experience and professional diversity training into our healing process. I specialize in working with multicultural individuals, first- and second-generation immigrants, intercultural families, and interracial couples. I received my Master's degree in Marriage, Couple and Family Therapy from Lewis & Clark College Graduate School of Education and Counseling in Portland, Oregon. My graduate training in counseling focuses on social justice and equity issues in the practice of therapy. I have received thorough training to help clients explore the impact of their social contexts (social classes, races, ethnicities, genders, ages, religions, nations of origin, and sexual orientations) on their mental health.
I have completed Level 1 and and Level 2 Gottman Method Couples Therapy, and Treatment of Eating Disorders Certification Program at Lewis & Clark College.
