Great to meet you!

I’m a compassionate, affirming mental health provider dedicated to creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can show up exactly as you are. I specialize in supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, emotional overwhelm, and life transitions, as well as those exploring identity, relationships, and alternative lifestyles. I also proudly support LGBTQ+ individuals and those who often feel like the “black sheep” or outside of society’s expectations.

My approach to therapy

My approach is grounded in empathy, authenticity, and respect for your unique story. Together, we work to better understand what you’re experiencing, build effective coping tools, and create space for healing, self-acceptance, and meaningful growth. My goal is to help you feel more connected, empowered, and at peace in your own life.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will focus on getting to know you as an individual and creating a personalized plan to help you better understand your thoughts and emotions while feeling genuinely seen and understood. Together, we will work toward rediscovering your authentic self—not because you need to be fixed, but because you deserve the space to grow, heal, and reconnect with your strengths. Throughout our work together, my goal is to help you recognize your resilience, embrace your value, and feel more confident in who you are.
