Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over five years of experience helping individuals navigate life's challenges and create meaningful change. I believe everyone has the capacity for growth and healing, and my goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard and valued.

I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship concerns, and self-esteem challenges. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. I believe therapy is a partnership, and together we'll build on your strengths while developing practical tools to help you overcome obstacles. Whether you're facing a specific challenge or seeking personal growth, I'm committed to meeting you where you are and supporting you as you move toward a healthier, more fulfilling life.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is person-centered, strengths-based, and collaborative. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to provide guidance, support, and evidence-based strategies that align with your goals. I tailor treatment to your individual needs and may incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care.

Together, we'll explore patterns that may be keeping you stuck, build healthy coping skills, and develop practical strategies for lasting change. I strive to create a space where you feel respected, understood, and empowered to be yourself. My goal is to help you increase self-awareness, strengthen resilience, and gain the confidence to navigate life's challenges with greater clarity and purpose.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know one another and begin building a trusting therapeutic relationship. I'll create a supportive, judgment-free environment where you can share at your own pace. We'll discuss what brings you to therapy, your current concerns, personal history, strengths, and the goals you'd like to work toward.

You'll also have the opportunity to ask questions about my approach and what to expect from therapy. Together, we'll identify priorities and begin creating a plan that feels realistic and meaningful. You don't need to have everything figured out before starting. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, supported, and hopeful, with a clearer understanding of how we can work together to help you reach your goals.
