Great to meet you!

When life feels overwhelming, guidance and support can make all the difference.

Hi, I’m Monica, a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) specializing in helping young adults, children and their parents with support and practical tools for moving ahead. I hold a Master’s degree in Social Work with a trauma focus from the University of New Hampshire and use evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), and Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP). Together, we’ll work through the challenges of trauma, anxiety, depression, and attachment difficulties — not just to manage symptoms, but to create lasting changes.

My approach to therapy

My style is warm and collaborative, focused on creating a supportive environment for clarity and skill-building.

What you can expect from me
