Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Therapist, I believe prioritizing mental health is key to happiness and stability in life. Seeking help can be one of the hardest parts, so congratulations on taking that step! In my years as a therapist I have gained experience with a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, addiction, adjustment disorders and relationship difficulties. I work individuals from ages 21 +. I currently do not to accept EAPs.

My approach to therapy

Although my counseling style is wide-ranging, I frequently uses cognitive-behavioral techniques combined with solution-focused therapy, and a client centered approach in therapy. I can provide Christian/faith-based counseling (upon request), My counseling style is based on assisting the client in reaching their personal therapy goals. I strives to develop a trusting and positive therapeutic relationship with each and every client.

What you can expect from me

The first therapy session is primarily a get to know you session, where client and therapist will discuss confidentiality and identify clients goals for treatment. Clients can expect to discuss their reason for seeing therapy, relevant history and to feel a sense of support.
