Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed clinical social worker with a background in trauma-informed care and a deep commitment to supporting individuals through meaningful healing and transformation. I earned my Master’s in Social Work from New Mexico Highlands University and began my career in wilderness therapy, where I learned the value of presence, relationship, and nature-based connection. I specialize in working with depression, anxiety, PTSD, complex PTSD, and those navigating the spiritual dimensions of healing, including spiritual emergence. My approach blends mindfulness, somatic therapy, and meditation-based practices to support clients in reconnecting with their innate wholeness.

My approach to therapy

I support individuals who are ready to move beyond coping strategies and reconnect with their wholeness. My approach is trauma-informed and rooted in mindfulness, somatic therapy, and meditation-based practices. I specialize in working with depression, anxiety, PTSD, complex PTSD, and those navigating spiritual emergence or deep inner shifts. Clients often come to me after traditional therapy has fallen short, seeking a space where healing and therapy are not separate. Together, we create the conditions for clarity, presence, and lasting transformation.

What you can expect from me

I offer a grounded, compassionate space where clients can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and begin to feel safe in their own experience. My goal is not to fix, but to support clients in coming into deeper contact with their true nature—where healing, clarity, and self-compassion naturally arise. Many clients describe feeling more present, less reactive, and more at peace in their daily lives. This work is about creating lasting inner shifts, not just symptom relief.
