Great to meet you!

Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Certified Social Worker, I believe prioritizing mental health is key to happiness and stability in life. Seeking help can be one of the hardest parts, so congratulations on taking that step! I’ve been practicing for 22 years, but in the last decade, have shifted my main focus to adults who are struggling with depression, anxiety, or trauma related challenges.

My approach to therapy

I enjoy getting to know new clients, forming a collaborative working relationship, and using evidence-based practices to address symptoms of depression, anxiety, and trauma.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, I enjoy hearing clients' stories, getting to know them personally and learning more about the challenges they are experiencing. During this initial session, we will set goals that will allow us to focus our efforts towards meeting your needs and ensuring your success in treatment.
