Great to meet you!

Let’s be honest—life can get heavy. Sometimes you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, parenting challenges, or just trying to hold everything together while everyone else depends on you. Whatever brought you here, you don’t have to figure it out alone.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-C), therapist, and Clinical Director with over 15 years of experience serving individuals, families, and communities. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in English and Psychology from Trinity Washington University and her Master of Social Work from The Catholic University of America.

Throughout my career, I has specialized in mental health, trauma-informed care, leadership development, and community wellness. I am passionate about creating innovative programs that bridge the gap between clinical practice and real-world impact, with a focus on strengthening families, empowering youth, supporting professionals, and improving systems of care.

I works with teens, adults, couples, and families. I believe therapy should be a place where you can show up exactly as you are—without judgment, pressure, or pretending to have it all together. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, strengthen your relationships, and build practical tools that support lasting healing and growth.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. I use evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, trauma-informed care, strengths-based practices, and family systems therapy to help clients move from surviving to thriving. Together, we’ll identify what’s keeping you stuck, build on your strengths, and create meaningful, sustainable change.

What you can expect from me

You can expect I WILL LISTEN...a relaxed, judgment-free conversation where you can be yourself. I’ll ask questions to better understand your experiences, your strengths, and the challenges you’re facing, but I also want to hear what matters most to you. Therapy is a partnership, and I believe you are the expert on your own life.

By the end of our first session, we’ll begin identifying your goals and create a plan that’s tailored to your needs. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, family conflict, or a major life transition, my goal is to help you leave feeling heard, supported, and hopeful about the work we’ll do together.
