Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience supporting adults through some of life’s most challenging and transformative seasons. I work with clients navigating major life changes, grief and loss, questions of identity and self-worth, and the unique ways culture and lived experiences shape how we see ourselves and relate to others. My approach is thoughtful, collaborative, and practical—I believe therapy should help you gain insight while also giving you tools you can use in everyday life. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, challenged, and supported as you move toward the life you want to build.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should be both reflective and practical. Together, we'll explore the experiences, beliefs, and patterns that may be keeping you stuck while building skills that help you move forward with greater confidence and intention. My style is collaborative, direct, and compassionate—I ask thoughtful questions, offer honest feedback, and tailor our work to your unique goals rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach. My hope is that each session leaves you with greater clarity and something meaningful you can carry into your everyday life.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another in a relaxed, judgment-free space. We'll talk about what brought you to therapy, what challenges you're facing, and what you hope will be different in your life. Together, we'll begin identifying goals and create a plan that feels realistic and meaningful to you. You don't need to have everything figured out before you begin—our first conversation is simply the starting point.
