Great to meet you!

I’m a trauma-informed, compassionate therapist dedicated to creating a safe, inclusive, and affirming space for people from all identities and backgrounds. I hold a Master of Science in Social Work from Columbia University and have been practicing in the field since 2016. My work is person-centered and culturally responsive, with a focus on trauma, identity, and life transitions. I aim to support clients in building safety, deepening self-understanding, and moving toward a more empowered and authentic version of themselves.

My approach to therapy

I take a warm, trauma-informed, and person-centered approach to therapy, working collaboratively to create a safe and affirming space for each client. My style is gentle but engaged, supporting clients as they explore their stories, identities, and emotions at a pace that feels right for them. I integrate trauma-focused and attachment-based approaches along with somatic awareness to help clients reconnect with themselves. I specialize in trauma, identity exploration, perinatal concerns, and life transitions. My goal is to help clients build insight, resilience, and a deeper sense of authenticity.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, clients can expect a calm, supportive space where we begin building trust and understanding. I’ll ask about your current concerns, your history, and what you hope to get out of therapy, moving at whatever pace feels most comfortable for you. We’ll work together to outline initial goals and discuss what you need to feel safe and supported. My intention is for you to walk away feeling grounded, respected, and clearer about how we can work together.
