I am a licensed mental health counselor in Mishawaka, Indiana, currently welcoming clients both in person and online ages 18 and older.

In my work with clients, I provide an integrative, collaborative, non-pathologizing and trauma-informed approach that emphasizes the therapeutic relationship. Sessions with me may include the use of modalities such as EMDR & IFS to support clients in processing chronic and acute trauma, as well as symptoms such as anxiety and depression

When we meet, we will begin to create a container grounded in safety. We'll move at a pace that feels right for you. Together, we'll explore the different experiences, feelings, and patterns that have shaped your life-- approaching each part of your story with curiosity and compassion. With time, as you begin to understand yourself in new ways, you may find more balance, more ease in your relationships, and a stronger sense of trust in your own inner wisdom.
