As a woman, wife and/or mother, there are many ways to get lost in the tasks of the day. Often, safe space is nonexistent. I provide the space for each woman of color to speak, to be heard, and to identify what she needs. My goal is to be your mirror in order to facilitate a revival to move forward in the strength and power you naturally embody. You want to be a good mother, friend, partner and/or employee. But you must first be good to you. Let this be your space to be unapologetically you.

I specialize in supporting people who have not always been empowered, even in the therapy room. The needs and issues may vary; but if healing and optimal wellness is the goal, then we are on the same page. I prioritize trust, honesty and transparency, to help us talk through the concerns and build functional coping skills for to help you in your daily life. Here, you are no longer in the shadows.
