Great to meet you!

Welcome! As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Counseling Psychologist with over 25 years of experience, I am committed to supporting others (ages 8+) through their life’s challenges. I specialize in many areas, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief, trauma/PTSD, life transitions, self-esteem, anger, addiction, eating disorders, postpartum depression, and relationship dynamics. My goal is to provide a safe, compassionate, empowering space where you feel heard and validated, and we collaborate on actionable strategies for your personal growth and healing.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, integrative, and tailored to your unique needs. Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and somatic techniques, I focus on building self-empowerment skills that leverage your inner strengths. Together, we will develop practical strategies for long-term growth and meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will focus on creating a comfortable, non-judgmental space to get to know each other. I'll share my background and the principles guiding our work, while you reflect on your life journey and what inspired you to seek therapy. Together, we'll explore your story, current challenges, and goals, answering any questions you have as we move at your pace to collaborate on a path forward.
