Great to meet you!

I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to helping children, adolescents, and adults navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral concerns, and other mental health challenges. My approach is centered on listening, supporting, and partnering with each individual to find the treatment and tools that best meet their unique needs.

I provide both medication management and supportive therapy, believing that the most effective care is personalized, compassionate, and collaborative. My goal is to create a safe, welcoming environment where patients and families feel comfortable sharing their experiences without fear of judgment.

Mental health affects every aspect of life, and I believe each person is more than a diagnosis. Whether working with a child, teenager, or adult, I strive to meet you where you are, build on your strengths, and work together toward improved well-being and lasting emotional health.

My approach to therapy

I take time to truly listen so we can understand what you’re experiencing and what you hope to change. From there, we build a plan together that feels realistic and tailored to you.

I provide both medication management and supportive therapy, with a focus on conditions like anxiety, depression, and trauma. I also believe in treating the whole person, not just symptoms, and creating a space where you feel safe, respected, and understood.

My goal is to walk alongside you—helping you gain clarity, relief, and confidence in managing your mental health.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my main goal is to get to know you—your story, what brings you in, and what you hope to get out of care. We’ll talk about your history, current concerns, and any goals you’d like to focus on. I’ll also answer questions you may have about treatment so you know what to expect moving forward.

The first visit isn’t about rushing into decisions—it’s about creating a comfortable space where you feel heard and understood. By the end, we’ll have a starting plan in place and a sense of how we can work together.
