Great to meet you!

Hello, and welcome. My name Monique, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over ten years of experience helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life's challenges and build healthier, more fulfilling relationships.

Throughout my career, I have worked with clients facing a wide range of issues, including anxiety, relationship challenges, family conflict, stress, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, and emotional wellness. My therapeutic approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each client's unique needs and goals. I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel comfortable exploring their experiences and developing practical strategies for growth and healing.

My approach to therapy

I use an integrative approach to therapy, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), family systems theory, solution-focused techniques, and mindfulness-based interventions. I tailor treatment to each client's unique needs, recognizing that no single approach works for everyone. Whether we are addressing anxiety, relationship concerns, or life transitions, I focus on helping clients gain insight, build practical skills, and move toward their personal goals.

What you can expect from me

I know that meeting with a therapist for the first time can feel uncomfortable, so I focus on creating a relaxed and supportive environment where you can share at a pace that feels right for you. There is no pressure to have everything figured out before you begin.

By the end of our session, we'll identify some initial goals and discuss how we can work together to help you move forward. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, relationship challenges, or a major life transition, my goal is for you to leave feeling heard, understood, and hopeful about the process.
