Great to meet you!

Therapy can help you understand how past experiences impact your daily life and relationships. By recognizing these patterns, we can begin cultivating lasting change in our interactions and relationships. I can work with you and your partner(s) to enrich your relationship, improve communication, and enhance your sexual satisfaction. I provide therapy to individuals and partners who struggle with emotional, identity, relational, and sexual issues.

My approach to therapy

I tailor my approach to each individual, drawing from psychodynamic perspectives, attachment theory, mindfulness, and cognitive-behavioral therapy. My work is rooted in psychological science and an LGBTQ+-affirming, anti-racist, sex-positive framework. I also offer psychological evaluation services, which can clarify diagnosis and develop treatment plans.

What you can expect from me

Beginning your journey in therapy can be challenging and intimidating, and I believe that finding the right therapist is essential. We will work collaboratively to create a safe and supportive therapeutic environment. I offer a free consultation to see if we're the right fit.
