My goals are to employ a collaborative approach with my clients in order to produce the most effective outcomes. I have experience working with families, children, adolescents, young adults & adults concerns.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor for the states of Arkansas and Texas. I am also licensed in Tennessee as an LPC-MHSP (Supervisor). I have extensive experience working with clients suffering from acute mental health traumas. My degree in Community Counseling with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy has helped me to better understand developmental and circumstantial difficulties faced by various ages, systems, and socioeconomic status groups.

My approach to therapy

I have extensive experience working with at-risk youth ages 5+ with mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, grief and loss, trauma, suicidal ideation, and self-harming behaviors. I am a Registered Play Therapist and EMDR certificate of completion. I have experience working with disorders such as ADHD, PTSD, Conduct Disorder, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, Anxiety, Mood Disorders, Behavioral issues, and Self-Esteem
