Great to meet you!

I’ve been a licensed clinician for four years and counting, with prior experience mentoring Black male youth ages 5 to 19. In that role, I supported clients in reaching their goals through coaching, education, and connecting them to community resources. While my current focus is on adults navigating anxiety, trauma, and existential concerns, I also welcome the opportunity to support adolescents as they move through developmental transitions and seek independence.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is rooted in Person-Centered therapy. I view clients as the experts of their own lives, and I come alongside them as a learner and supporter. I aim to create a space where people feel fully accepted—just as they are. Additionally, I incorporate modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Chaplaincy (spiritual care), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Existentialism.

What you can expect from me

Life brings moments of joy, success, pain, and uncertainty. In the midst of it all, many of us search for meaning and connection. I believe each day is an opportunity to discover more about ourselves and reconnect with our authentic identity. While healing isn’t always guaranteed, it becomes possible when we approach it with intention. The path toward wholeness can feel overwhelming, especially when we’re focused only on the destination. But healing is also about the journey—and the relationships formed along the way. I’d be honored to walk with you as you move toward a meaningful life and a deeper understanding of who you truly are.
