Great to meet you!

I have a Masters in Counseling from Johns Hopkins University. I have practiced counseling since 2020. I primarily work with clients dealing with depression, anxiety, and stress. I work with adults.

My approach to therapy

I will intervene by building a committed alliance with you. We will set goals that we agree are priorities and create a plan to achieve each goal. Depression, anxiety, or trauma can be very difficult to deal with. I will be your partner in your journey by holding you accountable and utilizing various techniques to help you with each challenge.

What you can expect from me

I will try my best to understand you and hold you accountable. I understand that you are looking for solutions to your problems. I will construct a treatment plan that helps you reach those solutions and be the best version of yourself. Our first session is us getting to know each other. I will try to learn as much as I can about you and answer any questions you have.
