Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed clinical social worker offering down-to-earth therapy to individuals and couples in Missouri and Minnesota. My approach is holistic and grounded, addressing the whole person—mind, body, and the environment in which you exist. I blend evidence-based techniques with genuine, human conversation, so sessions feel natural, safe, and productive. I specialize in supporting clients through perinatal mental health, grief & loss, relationship challenges, life transitions, and anxiety. Whether you're navigating a major life change or trying to break old patterns, I’m here to help you uncover practical tools and fresh perspectives so you can lead the life you want for yourself.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, holistic, and collaborative. Because I believe true healing happens at the root, our work involves tending to the whole person—reconnecting mind and body, and addressing how your environment impacts how you move through the world. I draw from narrative therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), strength-based perspectives, and mindfulness-based strategies, while also relying on my intuition to guide our work together. Together in session, we’ll slow down, gain meaningful insights into what may be getting in the way, and find a path forward with greater intentionality and peace. My goal is to help you increase self-awareness, live more authentically, and foster deeper connections and healthier relationships.

What you can expect from me

In our work together, you can expect a warm, conversational, and low-pressure environment where you are truly met where you are. There is no pressure to have everything figured out; we will take things at a pace that feels comfortable for you. Over the course of our time together, you can expect to slow down, untangle old patterns, and gently regain your footing. Because my approach is collaborative and root-focused, sessions are designed to help you feel more grounded in your body and mind, gain greater clarity around your experiences, and cultivate a deep sense of self-compassion. Ultimately, you will leave our work together feeling more equipped to navigate life's challenges, live authentically, and foster meaningful connections.
