Great to meet you!

I have over five years experience in clinical therapy settings and over ten years experience providing education and support to children and families. I specialize in working with clients who are navigating the perinatal period, life transitions, managing anxiety and depression, as well as those who may feel stuck in their current circumstances. Additionally, I have received specialty training in perinatal services and supports for mothers, parents, birthing persons, families, etc.

My approach to therapy

I believe you are the expert on your own life, and it’s my honor to support you. Together, we’ll work on building coping skills and resilience to help you navigate life’s difficulties with greater ease and confidence. Reach out when you're ready—I’m here to walk this journey alongside you.

What you can expect from me

I strive to create an inclusive and welcoming environment where you can authenically share and feel validated. I encourage self-reflection, reframing, and skill development, as needed. You can expect support and gentle accountability as you make progress toward your therapy goals.
