Great to meet you!

Hi! I'm a Licensed Social Worker (LCSW) based in North Carolina. I received my Masters from East Carolina University and have been practicing for 6 years.

I have extensive experience with anxiety, depression, adhd, trauma, family conflict, behavioral issues, and crisis intervention.

Over the past several years I have worked closely with all populations including children, adolescents, adults, and families. I have extensive experience with anxiety, depression, adhd, trauma, family conflict, behavioral issues, and crisis intervention.

My approach to therapy

I have extensive experience with anxiety and depression and draw from cognitive behavioral therapy techniques in order to manage concerns by changing the way you think and behave. By utilizing CBT methods, we will work together towards your unique therapeutic goals.
