Great to meet you!

Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, self-aware, and already understand why they feel the way they do, but still feel stuck repeating the same emotional patterns. I help adults work through trauma, anxiety, depression, burnout, and relationship stress using an approach that blends insight-oriented therapy with somatic work and Brainspotting. My style is relaxed, engaged, and nonjudgmental, with a focus on creating meaningful and lasting change rather than just managing symptoms.

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative and person-centered approach to therapy, tailoring the process to each client rather than using a one-size-fits-all model. My work is informed by psychodynamic, somatic, and trauma-focused approaches, including Brainspotting. Sessions may include deeper exploration, practical coping tools, nervous system regulation work, and processing unresolved experiences at a manageable pace. My style is warm, grounded, and direct, with an emphasis on helping clients build greater self-awareness and emotional resilience over time.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a relaxed and collaborative first session focused on understanding what brings them to therapy and what they hope to change or improve in their lives. I aim to create an environment where clients feel comfortable being honest without fear of judgment or pressure to “perform” therapy correctly. We will explore current challenges, relevant background experiences, and patterns that may be contributing to distress, while also identifying strengths and goals for treatment. I want clients to leave the first session feeling understood, grounded, and clearer about the direction of therapy moving forward.
