Great to meet you!

Do you ever wonder if life is supposed to feel this hard? Whether you’re facing overwhelm, stuckness, or just trying to find your footing, therapy offers a place to reconnect with yourself and rediscover what balance and meaning can look like for you.

I am so glad you made it this far and want to take a moment to acknowledge the bravery & vulnerability it took to seek therapy despite the challenges you may be facing.

I have been in practice for 6 years after graduating with my Master’s Degree in clinical mental health counseling from Southern Oregon University. My clinical experience includes supporting individuals facing a range of mental health and substance use challenges, as well as those seeking self-exploration, personal growth, and a more authentic way of living.

My clients often seek personal growth, healthier coping strategies, adaptability in a chaotic/challenging world, and deeper insight into themselves and their relationships.

My approach to therapy

My approach integrates existential-humanistic principles with cognitive behavioral techniques, focusing on meaning-making, personal agency, and developing practical tools to support emotional resilience and lasting change.

I believe a strong therapeutic relationship is built on trust and collaboration. I value the power of respect, empathy, openness, and collaboration to support personal growth, self-exploration, and healing.

What you can expect from me

I'm passionate about creating a safe, inclusive space where everyone feels heard, supported, and valued in their unique experiences.

Together, we’ll create a treatment plan that reflects your values and goals, guided by clinical insight and your personal agency. You are the expert in your own life and I’m here to support and explore your needs alongside you.
