Great to meet you!

I work with adolescents, individuals, and families to improve mental health, strengthen relationships, and build practical skills for lasting change. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from University of Oklahoma and a doctorate in Behavioral Health from Arizona State University. My integrative, evidence-based approach supports the whole person, including mind, body, and behavior, while helping clients navigate anxiety, stress, behavioral challenges, and life transitions.

My approach to therapy

My approach is integrative and evidence-based, focusing on the connection between mind, body, and behavior. I help clients build practical coping skills, improve emotional regulation, strengthen relationships, and create healthier patterns that support long-term growth and resilience. I strive to provide a supportive, collaborative environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

You should expect a supportive and nonjudgmental environment where we discuss your concerns, goals, and what you hope to gain from therapy. In the first session, we will explore current challenges, identify strengths, and begin creating practical, individualized goals. My approach is collaborative and evidence-based, focused on building coping skills, emotional regulation, and healthier patterns for lasting change.
