Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) with a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Adler Graduate School. My work is grounded in a Biblical foundation and Christian worldview, and I welcome clients who want their faith and spirituality to be incorporated into the therapeutic process.

My clinical experience includes working with adults in outpatient mental health settings, as well as working with groups in Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOPs) and providing Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services (ARMHS). I primarily work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, ADHD, relationship concerns, and spiritual concerns.

I want my clients to feel comfortable being honest about what they are experiencing and know that they will be met with understanding, compassion, and without judgment. I recognize that reaching out for therapy can feel vulnerable, and I value creating a space where clients feel safe to be themselves and talk openly about the things they may be struggling with.

My approach to therapy

I take a whole-person approach to healing, recognizing that therapy is one part of a larger process. Drawing from evidence-based approaches, including DBT and EMDR, I tailor treatment to your individual needs and goals while encouraging you to consider the relationships, community, faith, spirituality, physical well-being, and other sources of support that can contribute to healing and growth.

Together, we can work to better understand the challenges you are facing, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and develop the skills and insight needed to move forward. I strive to balance compassion with honesty, creating a space where you feel understood while also being encouraged toward meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my goal is to create a warm, comfortable, and welcoming space where you can begin to share your story and what brought you to therapy. We’ll spend time gathering information about your background, experiences, and current concerns so I can develop a fuller understanding of what you’re experiencing and how I can best support you.

I know that sharing personal information with someone new can feel vulnerable, so I strive to make the process feel comfortable, respectful, and conversational. You don’t need to have everything figured out before coming to your first session. My hope is that you leave feeling heard, understood, and comfortable moving forward with the therapeutic process.
