Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master of Social Work degree and a passion for helping people navigate life’s transitions with greater confidence and self-compassion. I specialize in perinatal mental health and enjoy supporting clients through anxiety, life changes, relationship challenges, and the many emotions that can come with major transitions. My approach is warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental, creating a space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported. I believe therapy should feel like a place where you can be your authentic self while working toward meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My therapy approach is warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to provide a safe space to explore what you’re experiencing while helping you identify meaningful goals and practical ways to move forward. I tailor therapy to each client’s needs, with particular interest in supporting clients through anxiety, life transitions, relationships, and perinatal mental health.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another, talk about what brought you to therapy, and identify what you hope to gain from our work together. We’ll explore your current concerns, strengths, and goals while creating a comfortable space for you to be open and honest. You won’t be expected to have everything figured out—we’ll work together to determine where to begin and what support will be most helpful.
